Case Study - Regency Cheltenham Homes on New Build HomeBuy
Gloucestershire Housing Association as part of the Cheltenham and
Tewkesbury partnership has recently completed the first phase of
development at GCHQ Benhall. The development consists of 237 new
homes built by Wimpey Homes of which 48 homes are for rent and New
Build HomeBuy. The rented accommodation is now fully occupied. The
first phase of 14 new Build HomeBuy completed at the end of March,
all the properties were reserved off-plan and the new home owners
are moving in time for the Easter holiday.
The photo shows new owners Miss Finch and Mr Mustoe, with two of
their children on the day they completed the purchase of their first
home. As Housing Association tenants, they have vacated a flat in
Cheltenham and were delighted to take possession of their new three
bed home. Their flat has been re-let by the Association to a household
nominated from Cheltenham District Council.
